Job responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day operational workflow
- Coordination and supervision of assigned staff, control of buffet tables, beverage service, set-up and decoration
- Full supervision of the preparation and management of events (conferences, weddings, corporate events, etc.)
- Compliance with hygiene standards, HACCP rules
- Managing the preparation of the venue
- Dealing quickly and effectively with unexpected situations and problems
- Use of Hostware system: order entry, invoicing, receipting, query reports
- Cash management: daily opening and closing, money counting, daily income recording
What we expect from our future colleagues:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory position
- Knowledge and confident use of Hostware
- Cash handling practice - daily opening/closing, money counting, receipts
- Knowledge of restaurant service (á la carte, buffet, catering for events)
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong but empathetic leadership, good communication skills
- Flexibility - weekend, holiday and even evening shifts
- Load capacity, fast response under pressure
- Precision in administrative and financial tasks
- Intermediate level of English
