Job responsibilities:

• overall operational and professional management of the bar
• designing, developing and ensuring the quality of cocktails and coffee
• managing, training and motivating bar staff
• ensuring a high level of guest service
• stock management, ordering, inventory management
• compliance with and enforcement of hygiene and safety standards
• cooperation with other hotel departments
• coordinating bar service for events and special occasions
• managing operational problems, continuous quality control

 

What we expect from our future colleagues:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a bar or catering environment, experience in a managerial position an advantage
• High level of cocktail and coffee knowledge
• Guest-centred approach, discerning
• Organisational and communication skills
• Independent, responsible work
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate level of English
• Experience in a hotel environment would be an advantage
• Using Hostware system
