Housekeeping Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Monitoring and managing the day-to-day tasks of the hostesses, allocating tasks efficiently
- Cleanliness check of rooms and common areas 5* quality
- Cooperation with other departments
- Training of new staff
- Continuous reporting of technical faults, liaising with the maintenance department
- Preparing inventories, stock control
- Carrying out cleaning tasks when necessary
What we expect from our future colleagues:
- at least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
- ability to work independently, flexibility, problem-solving skills
- basic knowledge of English
- good organisation and communication skills
- knowledge of hotel software

- monitoring of pools and wet areas
- operation of a sauna park
- coordinating sauna and wellness programmes
- promoting proper operation by ensuring compliance with hygiene rules

In addition to her sophisticated and well-groomed appearance, she has excellent communication skills. Guest-oriented, friendly and proactive personality.
You can easily avoid problems and speak at least one foreign language. Experience in a hotel environment would be an advantage, but we also welcome applications from newcomers.
